I stopped making New Year's resolutions because I realized that it doesn't have to be a new year to start making positive changes in your life. One should make each and every day great... and live your life the best possible way. On that note, I started my first day back in the office and the 2nd day of the year by eating fruit. My favorite: melon. With chopsticks.
